mercscilla wanted me to write a tutorial for my 'Atlantis in snow' wallpaper, and what Mercy want's, Mercy gets ;)

Please note that this is my first tutorial ever and that I only have a german version of Photoshop CS2. So I hope this isn't too confusing. I couldn't find the original .psd file so I had to make this one from scratch again *headdesk*
