See what happens when I have too much time on my hands and get bored? Yep, I make textures. Lots of them. So be prepared to be spammed with 8 texture sets in total today. DeviantArt hates me at the moment and won't load the stupid category list, which I'd need to complete the whole uploading/posting process, so Mediafire it is for now.

Okay, let's start with some painted wood. The original photos were made in my kitchen - they're close-ups of my 'balcony' door. It's not a real balcony, more like a bigger version of a window sill, but I can still step out on it and get some air. *shrugs* Anyway, that door is painted green, probably not the best color for textures, therefor I decided to make them black and white.

More pictures taken in, or more precisely outside, of my kitchen. Just some (normally red) bricks around the window/balcony door. Since it was way too bright outside when I took these photos I used the sepia function of my camera.

Hmm, amazing what can look interesting when seen up close and at the same time be totally boring from a distance. I never gave the metal on my kitchen window-sill a second glance until I got bored of just sitting in the sun and grabbed my camera.

Found some more stuff on my hard drive. :) I'm not quite sure if I should call these photos textures or stockpics - I guess it doesn't really matter, does it? For some reason the daffodils in the pot in my kitchen didn't get any blooms this year, but the green leaves still added a little bit of color to the room.

I love clouds. The different shapes, how the sunlight filters through them, everything. A totally blue sky is awfully boring, don't you agree? The only photoshopping I did with these images is a bit of auto-contrast and some cropping and resizing, the rest is just the beauty of nature. :)

Believe it or not, but these crazy colored clouds where all the result of me playing around with the different settings of my camera. I only ran some of them (not all) through Photoshop's auto-contrast thingy yesterday to enhance the colors a tiny bit.
